The Routine
- At the curb by 6:00 AM — On your scheduled collection day
- Bagged & inside the container — Lids must close completely
- Extra bags by arrangement — Items outside the cart need prior arrangement

How much does residential trash pickup cost in Cookeville?
Weekly curbside pickup is $30 per month for one 96-gallon cart, $40 per month for two carts, and $10 per month for each additional cart. Service is billed monthly in advance, and auto-pay is available so you never think about it.
When does my trash need to be at the curb?
Have your cart at the curb by 6:00 AM on your scheduled collection day. Bags must be inside the container with the lid fully closed. Extra bags outside the cart need prior arrangement so we can plan the space on the truck.
What happens to pickup on holidays?
Around major holidays your pickup may shift by a day or more. We announce holiday schedule changes ahead of time whenever possible, and text confirmations keep you posted — no guessing at the curb.
