These Terms govern your use of the Dumpster Giants website and services. By requesting a quote, booking service, or messaging us, you agree to these Terms.

Services

Dumpster Giants provides roll-off dumpster rentals, residential trash collection, commercial waste service, and contractor/job-site hauling within our service area. Pricing, availability, and service areas are subject to change and are confirmed at the time of booking.

Quotes and Booking

Quotes are estimates and are not final until confirmed by Dumpster Giants. You are responsible for providing accurate service details (location, materials, access). Prohibited materials may not be placed in dumpsters or containers; you are responsible for any charges resulting from prohibited materials or overweight loads.

SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Dumpster Giants at that number, including messages sent by automated technology. Two categories of messages may be sent:

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can cancel at any time by replying STOP; you will receive a confirmation and no further messages. For help, reply HELP or contact info@dumpster-giants.com / (931) 704-2655. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Payment

Fees are due as stated at booking or on your invoice. Late payments, returned payments, and applicable fees are governed by your service agreement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dumpster Giants is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or services.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.

Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
